Hello Parents and caregivers! I teach kids yoga in Northern Virginia.  Yoga has had a profoundly positive impact on our family.  My daughter and I started doing yoga together when she was one year old.  I love sharing yoga with families and I am excited about all the creative ways families can incorporate yoga into their daily routine.  Stay tuned for many opportunities in multiple locations.

This Meetup group is for working moms of young children.  All activities are on weekends, usually on Saturday mornings, to accommodate a variety of work schedules. I just had a baby boy in June, and am continually alarmed with how fast he's growing. There are some days I look at him and could swear he grew an inch overnight. He grows out of clothes so fast, there are some things that have never even been used.
